Connection

Think back to a time when you experienced a sense of connection that was empowering, liberating and fulfilling. You may express it was connected to certain life changes, challenges or triumphs seemingly aligned with groups, actions or a person.

After a profound experience happens, “we” tend to find ourselves looking for the reason how or why, in an attempt to externally recreate a feeling in our life situation.

The core of these moments happened within us and the external experience, person or thing which our mind determines it was connected to, is merely an illusion.

“Fuck Peter! 🫥 I thought I was being left out of this one…. How so? I won a medal received a cheque for a million dollars and so much positive attention.”

Feels great, doesn’t it?

“Yes, wonderfully good”

How did you do it?

“I worked hard, sacrificed, never gave up and made sure I had a great support system“

Many people work harder, sacrificed more and had a support system and didn’t see the same results.

“I guess I’m lucky.”

From the perspective of the mind luck or chance is its response when it fails to understand true connection.
